Question: How Long before I can expect to receive my Photo?
Answer: Normal delivery time on non-framed 8x10 photographs will be within 7-10 business days unless you're notified otherwise via e-mail. If it's a panoramic photograph, or a "That's My Ticket" framed photograph, both typically run 2-4 weeks as they are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. Again, if there is going to be any delays we will contact you immediately.
Question: Do I have to sign up for a PayPal account to complete my purchase?
Answer: No, you don't have to sign up for a PayPal account just to make a purchase from our store. PayPal is simply the company who processes the transaction (see 'Why We Use PayPal'). The shopping cart operates like any other site, and also requests the normal required information to complete the transaction. You will be asked at the end of your purchase if you'd like to sign up for a PayPal account, however you can simply decline if you're not interested in getting an account with them.
Question: What type of Frames do you use for your 8x10's?
Answer: We use a high-quality black wooden frame with a clear glass covering (it's real glass, not styrene or plexiglass). Photos are single-matted and are hand-mounted, and are also inspected for quality before shipment.
Question: Can I just purchase frames individually from you?
Answer: Unfortunately our frames are not for individual sale, they are only for 8x10 framed purchases.
Question: What if I receive a broken framed photograph?
Answer: Not to worry. In the event you receive a damaged photograph, please put it back in the box with the original packing and contact us immediately. We will then ship you a replacement as soon as possible.
Question: Why are the shipping times different for Panoramic pictures and "That's My Ticket" purchases, compared to 8x10 photograph orders?
Answer: Panoramic pictures are shipped directly from the manufacturer to our customers, as are products shipped from, "That's My Ticket". Since it's the manufacturer shipping the items, the times quoted for delivery are what we've been told by the manufacturer. Meanwhile 8x10's ship directly from us to you, so our times typically run a bit faster.
Question: Why are your prices so much lower than everywhere else I've shopped for the same photographs? Are they the same photos and the same quality?
Answer: Absolutely. We believe that providing our customers with the best prices is simply the best way to do business. We also believe that if you are happy with our products and our service you will tell a friend, and they will tell a friend, etc. All photos that we offer are officially licensed and are the same quality and the same photo you see elsewhere for a higher price. We simply believe these are great pictures and want to help everyone else enjoy them as much as we do.
Question: You don't sell copies or reproduced 8x10 photographs do you?
Answer: Absolutely not. These photographs are officially licensed from Photofile and are printed from the original negative. We also order direct from Photofile and not from a 3rd party, so you don't need to worry about the authenticity of the products you receive from us.
Question: I want to join your mailing list to be notified of new products, but I'm afraid you're going to either sell my e-mail address or send me junk e-mail. Should I be worried?
Answer: No, you don't need to worry. We hate junk e-mail as it makes our lives more difficult, and have no desire to do it to our customers. If you join any of our mailing lists, rest assured that you will only receive notification of when new photos are available for your team.
Question: Are Football and Baseball the only two sports you offer?
Answer: Right now Football and Baseball are the only two sports that we are currently offering. We have researched expanding our product line, but for now want to focus on providing fans with the best selection of photos that we can for these two sports.
Question: I saw another photograph online that I liked and wondered if you could order it?
Answer: Please contact us and let us know what photo you're looking for and where you saw the picture. We will then find out if it's available and get back to you immediately.
Question: Do you offer enlargements of your 8x10 photographs?
Answer: We will offer larger versions of photos, such as 16x20 pictures as they are requested. Please contact us for more information.
